Cancelation Policy
Madam Duüblé or Brother Logas will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please ensure you are available and reachable at the number provided at booking. Grace Period A 10 minute grace period is extended at the time of your scheduled session. If we are unable to reach you after 10 minutes your session will be considered a no-show. No refunds are issued for no-shows. Cancellations All cancellations must be submitted via email to Crystalinemars@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window are not eligible for a full refund. A refund minus a 10% handling fee will be issued. All refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Rescheduling All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to Crystalinemars@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within the 24 hour window will incur a $45 rescheduling fee. Credit Store credit may be offered at the discretion of Crystaline Mars in lieu of a refund. Right to Refuse Service Crystaline Mars reserves the right to refuse service. If service is refused and payment has been made a full refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.
