•DUÜBLÉ/BROTHER LOGAS WILL CALL YOU AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT •10 Minute Grace Period, After the Grace Period Appointment will be considered a "No-Show." NO REFUNDS ISSUED for No-Shows • Be advised All Sessions Not Cancelled Or Rescheduled Within 12 Hours Of Your Booked Session are not eligible for a refund. • All Sessions That Are Seeking To Be Rescheduled Must Be Emailed To Crystalinemars@gmail.com and Be Within The 12 Hour Period of your session. If for any reason you miss the 12 hour window, A $35 Dollar Rescheduling Fee will incur. • All Sessions Cancelled Within 12 Hours: Refunds will be available minus a 10% handling fee if cancellation is made within the 12 hour cancellation period. All refunds will be issued on payment method on file. Allow up to 7 – 10 business days for a refund. • Credit Can Be Offered Based On Discretion Of Crystaline Mars. • Crystaline Mars has the right to refuse service & will issue a full refund if payment was made.
