Service Description
This is a structured emotional processing session for when your mind is full and your heart needs space to exhale. You speak freely. I listen intentionally. And then we refine it. This is not tarot and it is not a guided meditation. This is a guided clarity container where we: • Untangle overwhelming thoughts • Identify the root beneath the reaction • Regulate the nervous system • Shift from emotional spiral to grounded direction You will not leave this session stuck in the vent. You will leave with perspective, language, and next steps. This is for moments when you don’t need divination.. you need stabilization and clarity.
Cancelation Policy
Madam Duüblé or Brother Logas will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please ensure you are available and reachable at the number provided at booking. Grace Period A 10 minute grace period is extended at the time of your appointment. If we are unable to reach you after 10 minutes your session will be considered a no-show. No refunds are issued for no-shows. Cancellations All cancellations must be submitted via email to Crystalinemars@gmail.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within the 72 hour window are not eligible for a full refund. A refund minus a 10% handling fee will be issued. All refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Rescheduling All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to Crystalinemars@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within the 72 hour window will incur a $45 rescheduling fee. Credit Store credit may be offered at the discretion of Crystaline Mars in lieu of a refund. Right to Refuse Service Crystaline Mars reserves the right to refuse service. If service is refused and payment has been made a full refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.
