This is a focused 1-on-1 phone session designed to restore balance within your energy field. We’ll intuitively identify which of your seven primary energy centers require attention based on where you are right now: • Root • Sacral • Solar Plexus • Heart • Throat • Third Eye • Crown We begin with a brief grounding conversation to center your energy and guide you into a relaxed, focused state. From there, we move into a custom clearing meditation targeted toward the chakras that are currently holding tension, stagnation, or imbalance. This work helps your subconscious recognize and release energetic blockages that may be affecting you spiritually, emotionally, and even physically. The goal is alignment — not just feeling better in the moment, but creating space for clearer movement forward. When your energy is balanced, your decisions become clearer.
