•Carve intentions, symbols, sigils, numbers, or words (such as release, shift, become) directly into the purple candle.
•Burn the candle on top of the ritual jar or work with the herbs and crystals separately.
•The herbs from the jar may also be added to a spiritual bath to support energetic shedding and renewal (strain before entering the tub if desired).
•Write what you are releasing and what you are calling in on the spiritual paper or directly on the bay leaf, then burn it as an offering or wrap it with twine to symbolize the transition.
•The twine is optional and may be used or skipped entirely.
