Below are recommendations, not rules:
•Carve intentions, names, sigils, symbols, or numbers into the candle.
•Burn the candle on top of the ritual jar or work with the herbs and crystals separately.
•The herbs from the jar may also be added to a spiritual bath for grounding and energetic stability (strain before entering the tub if desired).
•Write your intention on the spiritual paper or directly on the bay leaf, then wrap it around the candle with twine or burn it as an offering or release.
•The twine is optional and may be used or skipped entirely.
