How to Use (Activation Required)
Bath Activation:
Boil the herbs in water for 15–20 minutes. Strain using the included cheesecloth. Add the freshly prepared herbal infusion to a warm bath, then tie closed the cheesecloth containing the herbs and place it into the bath while soaking as you focus on release, movement, and transformation.
Shower Activation:
After boiling and straining, pour the activated herbal infusion over your body after bathing while focusing on what you are releasing and where you are moving next.
Floor Wash / Ritual Use:
Boil, strain, and allow to cool before using around doors, thresholds, ritual spaces, or wherever movement and energetic shifts are needed.
