How to Use (Activation Required)
Bath Activation:
Boil herbs in water for 15–20 minutes. Strain using the included cheesecloth. Add the freshly prepared herbal infusion to a warm bath, then tie closed the cheesecloth containing the herbs and place it into the bath while soaking as you focus on protection, strength, obstacle removal, and forward movement.
Shower Activation:
