How to Use: Activation Required
Bath Activation
Boil the herbs in water for 15–20 minutes. Allow the infusion to cool to a comfortable temperature, then strain thoroughly using the included cheesecloth.
Add the freshly prepared herbal infusion to a warm bath.
As you soak, focus your intention on what you are releasing. Visualize heavy energy dissolving, unwanted attachments being severed, and anything that does not belong to you leaving your field.
When you are finished, allow yourself to transition out of the bath with the intention of being cleansed, covered, grounded, and protected.
Shower Activation
Boil the herbs in water for 15–20 minutes and strain using the included cheesecloth.
After bathing normally, pour the activated herbal infusion over your body from head to toe, focusing on cleansing, release, cord cutting, and energetic protection.
Allow the water to flow away from your body while maintaining the intention that what you are releasing does not return to you.
